Royal Engineer
Bomb Disposal Memorial.
Dedicated 11/11/06.
Gents.
Well here we are in 2007, so what do we want to see going on with the site this year.
Our biggest project at the moment is the Roll of Honour, volunteers still wanted check out the grave/memorial locations page.
The idea is to put together a Roll of Honour but expand it from more than a list of names, by including details of the individuals, the incidents and photos of them/graves/memorials depending on what can be found.
To the left of the site pages on the index, is a entry R.A.F. Wallis click this see a initial page and how it would look, some pages will have more details dependent on what can be found through research.
The completed Roll of Honour could then be printed 3 copies for The Regiment, The Corp Library and The Royal Engineer Association Bomb Disposal Branch.
Some grave/memorials have been completed already and again thanks for those who visited them for me.
So if you could check out our locations page and select any that are near you i will send you the fuller details, ie cemetery/churchyard address and casualty details.
Later in the year i would like to update and expand the Awards section to include details of incidents awards given for, so if any one wants to do some research into these you will hear no complaints from me. If there is anything else we are missing or you would like to see added or expanded drop me a line.
