Our attraction to the sport of adventure racing stems from various personal motivations as well as a common desire to push beyond our perceived physical and mental limits. To learn, one must continually explore. We find intellectual exploration through our various professions but only adventure racing provides us the unique extreme physical and mental exploration that enables us to discover our sense of self and an appreciation for our true abilities as individuals and as a team.
