This list of Vascular plants was kindly provided to us by the  NH Natural Heritage Bureau and is considered to be very close to a complete list, but it is not yet comprehensive.
 
The list includes approximately 1,500 native and 500 naturalized species. "Naturalized" plants are non-native but persist and reproduce successfully outside of cultivation, "Not naturalized" plants are generally species that escape from cultivation but, without human help, are not expected to persist.

CHANGES TO THE LIST:
Changes were made to the Common Names to allow for easier sorting.
Descriptions have been or will be complied from numerous sources.
Photos are the property of J. W. Patterson unless otherwise noted.

The list is sorted by the Scientific name.  You may sort the list by any of the columns Title Bar at the top of the page. If your sort comes up in reverse order of what you expected, just click the link again.
