Unlimited amount of Participants
Everyone sends 11 cards per theme and gets 9 back (to fit in one binder page). If there are more than 9 people, the cards you get in return will be 9 randomly selected from the participants. This is an incredibly flexible way of doing things. As long as there are at least 9 participants, it doesn't matter how many there are. People can start making their cards as soon as they decide to participate. Also, no problems caused if someone can't make the deadline for some reason - everyone still gets 9 cards back.

I have revised this and decided that as long as you let me know that you want to be in the swap and you send the cards on time, you can let me know any time. If I do not receive them by the due date, they will be entered into a Special Managers Swap. When I have 9 different players, then I will send those cards to all 9 players.
I must receive cards: By May 31, 2008 YOU should mail them to me BEFORE May 31, 2008.

How to send:
Each person sends 11 cards to the central address above, along with US $2.00. Once all the cards arrive, they are separated into individual packages and sent to all participants. This way, we save money which means we can participate in many more swaps ;). If anyone has any concerns, please let me know, I will be happy to discuss them and figure something out if we need to.
The reason for the two extra cards is that George and Heidi keep 1 card each for the trans-atlantics museums, one in the US and the other in Australia. The reason for the museums is that when they decide upon a showing, they can show people the group's fantastic work.
