September 2008 Swap
Theme: AUTUMN
To enter, send e-mail to george.kovats@gmail.com and add the following details:
Nickname
Real name and address
Unlimited amount of Participants
Everyone sends 9 cards and gets 9 back (to fit in one binder page). If there are more than 9 people, the cards you get in return will be 9 randomly selected from the participants. This is an incredibly flexible way of doing things. As long as there are at least 9 participants, it doesn't matter how many there are. People can start making their cards as soon as they decide to participate. Also, no problems caused if someone can't make the deadline for some reason - everyone still gets 9 cards back.
Requirements - Must Do’s! SIZE: 2.5 inches x 3.5 inches or 64mm x 89mm
Your signature, the date, number of the card and total number of cards in edition (for prints and multiples)
Last day to advise me of participation:
If I do not receive your ATCs by the due date, they will be entered into a Special Managers Swap. When I have 9 different players, then I will send those cards to all 9 players.
I must receive cards: By September 30, 2008 YOU should mail them to me BEFORE September 30, 2008. It takes USPS a long time to deliver the stuff these days so plan on sending your ATCs by mid-September!!!

How to send:
Each person sends 9 cards to the central address above, along with US $2.00. Once all the cards arrive, they are separated into individual packages and distributed to all participants. This way, we save money which means we can participate in many more swaps . If anyone has any concerns, please let me know, I will be happy to discuss them and figure something out if we need to.
