| Spaulding's 1968 Dodge Dart GSS by Mr. Norm ~ Thanks, XS29J8! You would think it was a standard GTS from behind. The only tip-off was the RAM sticker from Grand Spaulding Dodge and the GSS emblem by Mr. Norm. In the sixties, Norm's sticker put the fear of mother MOPAR in the heart of any musclecar owner! Race cars right out of the factory much like Nikki, Baldwin Motion, and SYC Yenko, only ALL DODGE and PURE MOPAR! | A tight squeeze that the factory said couldn't be done! Mr. Norm took a 383 GTS and proved them wrong, producing probably the rarest A-Body in existence, factory-authorized and sold with a full warranty. Grand Spaulding Dodge ~ all they wanted to sell was performance Dodges and if you were lucky enough to have one, it was a race car ready for the street or strip on delivery. | Only difference between a 440 Magnum in a 1968 Charger R/T and this Dart was the driver's side exhaust manifold: It was re-used off the 383 factory engine. | |
