The name of this book is The Eldercare Handbook, Difficult Choices & Compassionate Solutions by StellaMors Henry.
 
It is a truly compassionate and worthwhile book to read.  The story on page 5, with names changed is that of my FIL and Step-MIL.

This is the home page for the Lewy Body Dementia Association, Inc.   The disease is commonly referred to asLBD.  It is also commonly misdiagnosed as either Alzheimer's or Parkinson's.  There are support groups and the organization was formed 2 years ago from members of those groups.  It was due to the wonderful people on the Alzheimer's Support page that many members have found the LBD diagnosis for their LO's
