| Joining and Posting in this Group NOTICE: Prior to January 2004, you were able to join or post messages in our web site without approval from the manager or assistant manager who maintain the web site. Regretfully, beginning in January 2004, our MSN web site and many other MSN web sites such as ours have been attacked by spammers who have joined and have posted inappropriate material. To counteract this injustice, we have been forced to change our setting so that if you want to join or post a message, approval from the manager or assistant manager is necessary. To view our settings in our web site, on the left side, go to "Tools," and then click, "View this Group’s Setting." When applying for membership, please give us enough information such as your name, the reason you want to join, etc. so we know you are not a spammer who means to bring harm to this site. Regretfully, when these injustices took place, we may by accident had banned someone who should not have been. If so, accept our apology, and please notify us of this error. We will then un-ban you so you can rejoin. Only one or two people may have been banned accidentally and please realize this was not done in malice. As far as posting a message, we have it that it has to be approved by the web master before being posted, so this should correct this situation. Inappropriate messages to be posted would cause us to refuse the posting and for you to be banned. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but these steps were necessary.
