AC:WW Events OThese guides only tell you when the events take place, and a short description of each event.
Below is the guide of normal events. | Event | Time | Description | | La-Di-Day | All Day
every second saturday
of odd numbered months | Neighbors sing you a song.
if you want that song to be your new town tune tell them
"Your Hired!".
That will be your new town song, even if you hire someone,
you can always change the tune by hiring someone else. | | Flea Market | All Day
first saturday of each month
except Jan. and Aug. | Visit your neighbors houses and make offers of bells to buy
their furniture.
If you hang out in your house, neighbors will visit you and ask to
purchase furniture from your main room.
you tell them how much, they pay or decline. | | Fishing Tourney | 12:00pm-6:00pm
3rd sunday of Jan, March,
May, Nov, Dec. | Catch fish and give them to Tortimer to measure.
If you catch the biggest by the end of the tourney
you win the Fishing Trophey. | | The Bug Off | 12:00pm-6:00pm
3rd sunday of June, July
Aug, Sept. | Catch bugs and give them to Tortimer to measure.
If you catch the biggest by the end of the Bug Off
you win the Bug Trophey | | Yay Day | All Day
4th sunday of Jan, March,
May, July, Sept, Nov. | Everyone is nice to each other. when you talk to a neighbor they
will pay you a compliment, then they ask for a compliment in return.
This is the tricky part. Your compliment has to go along with that
neighbors personality, or they will take it as an insult.
this is a good day to build up friendships with neighbors which
can lead to getting pictures of them. |
Below is the guide of special events. | Event | Time | Description | | Bright Nights | 2nd week
of February | This is mainly a competition between
your neighbors. You get to look at all
the lights they decorate with and then
you tell Tortimer who you think the winner
is, then you get to inform the winner. | | Flower Fest | 2nd week
of April | Everyone in town has a week to grow a
garden around their house, at the end of the
week Tortimer will choose the winner.
Best bet is to use alot of rare hybrids.
if you win you get the Flower Trophy | | Fireworks Show | 7:00pm-12:am
every saturday
in august | Talk to tortimer and he will tell you about the
fireworks, and will give you a sparkler or a
roman candle. You can get a maximum of 5 of
both kinds of fireworks from him each week
per character. | | Acorn Festival | 2nd week
of October | collect acorns each day, and use them to get
mushroom items from Cornimer.

Countdown | Dec. 31st-Jan. 1st
all day | There is a big count down clock in front of the
Town hall. Talk to tortimer to get party poppers
which you can use to celebrate the new year
