We here at Animal Crossing The Fans Club and KaFZ inc, care about our members Privacy.
Due to the nature of MSN groups, the email of everyone who submits a join request is availiable to management only. If your request is accepted, the privacy or your email on your profile is under your control.
Reminder: If the personal profile gives out any personal information of anyone under the age of 17, it is automatically denied.
We Never share any personal information(including emails) with anyone else. this includes other members of the group, our affiliates, or any 3rd parties, with the exception of aiding law enforcement in the case of security issues.
This group does not require the collection of any personally identifiable information, except the personal emails of our management team and moderators.
Our management team always monitors the message boards, and immediately delte any posts which include personal information, or ask others for personal information, including emails and IM info.
Also notice that the typical MSN chat room for this group, has been removed, as we do not support live chat on MSN as it cannot be securly monitored.
Special Amendment:
Due to the new online feature of Animal Crossing: Wild World, we do maintain a list of members Friend Codes and game character information. This information is intended for the use of our members and even though it is visible to the public, this information is useless to anyone unless both players actually add each others friend codes and game info into their own games. Please refer to our groups Friend Roster page on using the online feature of AC:WW.
