I try to update the lesson every few months. I will remove the old page and insert a new one. If you ever have any questions about the move posted, please feel free to tell me on the message board and I will try to walk you through it. These are the beginning basic belly dance moves. The pictures are not me, but are of my mother who went by the stage name "Nefertiti" from 1974 to 1999 when she passed away. The pictures were taken around 1978. She never finished the book she started, so I finished if for her. She did however review the book before her passing and blessed it. I hope you all enjoy these lessons.
