Chapter 16: Earendil's voyage

Earendil: Sailing my ship out across the sea...
Suddenly there is a 'thump' on the deck of the ship.
Earendil: I bet that's Elwing. What with the transforming from bird to elf and back again.
He goes to check it out...
Earendil: who the crap are you?
Mysterious She-Elf: I'm---
Suddenly another Elf rushes out, sword drawn, and pushes the first Elf over the edge of the boat. which is flying. Anyway he yells out something about her showing up where she wasn't in the book. I probably should have mentioned this earlier.
Earendil: now who the crap are you?
Mysterious Elf #1: I'm---
And then a third mysterious Elf jumps in. Well, I guess he doesn't jump. You see, he doesn't have any legs.
Legless: Ohhhh....Shiny...
Earendil: stop staring at my forehead, you freak.
And the first mysterious Elf pushes Legless off the boat. The first Elf, is, by the way, Glorfindel. I'll let you guess who the She-Elf was.
And Legless was staring at the Silmaril.
Of course, soon after, thousands of teenage females jump off the boat. Following Legless. They followed him on also.

You would think that Earendil was traumatized, given that his granddaughter was Arwen and was just pushed off the boat. Forever.
