All our sale horses are healthy and sound to the best of our knowledge. Unless stated other wise Vet checks are welcomed and encouraged, at buyers expense. Shipping costs, vet checks, x-rays and any other nessasary arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. .   A $250.00 non-refundable deposit will mark a Foal as Sale Pending for 20 days. A 25 % non refundable deposit will mark a Horse as Sale Pending for 20 days.  A 50% nonrefundable deposit will mark your foal or horse as sold. Payments are accepted occasionally. Payments can be made over a reasonable time frame and with foals, right up until weaning in the Fall. We will board our sale horses for a fee after sale is complete.
