LINCOLN NEAR EARTH ASTEROID RESEARCH (LINEAR) PROGRAM

Although this program was originally designed to detect and track asteroids, it in fact detected and tracked other near earth objects as well, including comets. Basically, any object that could be distinguished from the background stars due to its more rapid motion was detected and tracked. I've posted some "LINEAR" links and URLs for sites on near earth object programs and observations as well.
