Mid America Truck Show 2005

Kuenn McClinton (De elegant) had an idea that went over great!  He thought wouldn't it be something if he could get Greg Evigan to come to the Truck Show and sign autographs and meet the fans?  Kuenn said a few phone calls and everything went thru, Kuenn (a member of the club and owner of De-elegant truck models) also had a surprise to show to Greg, that is how the show wrapped up was with Greg autographing Kuenn's newest model truck.

 Heres Greg Evigan standing next to one of his many fans, I (MK) was there for the two days Greg was... Let me tell you he was a busy man and the place got real crowded quick around Greg!

Greg let this little guy come over and ask all kinds of questions, Greg was enjoying it!  He spoke to all his fans!

Here's Greg holding my son's 1/25th scale BJ and the Bear truck, Greg thought it was so cool that someone brought a truck for him to autograph!

But Greg did exactly that, he had to do the autograph so it wouldn't interfere with the roof vent, But it turned out great as seen below.

Here's the surprise for Greg!  A Beautiful "Dedication Rig"  to BJ and the Bear with the flare of today's show trucks!  This KW W900L is 1/18th scale which  took up some serious space!

Here's another shot of the "Dedication Rig" from the back, as you can see Kuenn did an awesome job.   He and his family at De-elegant model trucks really do care about the details.  I was honored to meet the family who builds these works of art.  Thanks Kuenn for such a great dedication, and for bringing Greg to the Mid America Truck Show!!!
