Had been in constant use from 1955 to 1971 by the original owner, then laid up in a shed. I bought it as a runner/needing renovation from the secondowner, who only held onto it for a year. So once its back on its rubber I will be the second rider in the bikes history.

Reasonable to good. Found in a barn in 1971 and mine for £2, it's been owned by me ever since, for riding to work, social rides out, holidays in Scotland and the Isle of Man. Ridden for thousands of miles in all weathers, it reflects the story of my life since I was 16 and I'd never part with it. Its gone with me wherever I've gone and I've never needed another bike. On 2nd rebore and 2nd big end in all that time.
