For this tutorial your going to need my Selections files  Here, and Eyecandy Jiggle Filter.

1. Open a new Transparent Image 400x400.
2. Add a new Layer and call it Feet.
3.Go to Selections, Load from Alpha Channel and load blsFBfeet.
4.Flood fill with the fur pattern I saplyed.
5.Add a new layer and call it body.
6. Load blsFBbody selection and flood fill with the fur patteren.
7.Add a new layer and call it Right arm.
8.Load blsFBrightarm selection and flood fill with the pattern.
9.Add a new layer and call it Left arm.
10. Load blsFBleftarm and flood fill with the pattern.
11.Add a new layer and call it Ears.
12. Load blsFBears, flood fill with the pattern.
13.Add a new layer and call it Head.
14. Load blsFBhead and flood fill with the pattern.
15.Add a new layer and call it Eyes.
16. Load blsFBeyes, and flood fill with Black.
17.Add a new layer and call it Muzzel.
18.Load blsFBmuzzel and flood fill with the pattern.
You should now have  all of the Fuzzy Bunny colored in
Were half way done.
19.Click on your Feet Layer.
20.Use your magic wand , clicking on the transparent part of your image, go to selections invert, Selections
Float, Effects 3d effects,Cutout and apply these settings.
Vertical and Horizontal 0 , Opacity 100, Blur 10.7 , Shadow color #AD6B4A , click ok.
21. Apply the same cut out on each body part layer just like you did the feet
(Do Not Apply The Cut Out to the Eye Layer)
22.Add a new Layer and call it Nose.
23.Flood fill with pink #FFC0FF
24.Take your magic wand and click on the pink of the nose.
25. Apply a Outer bevel... settings....... Bevel Round,width 12, smoothness 67, depth20, amience -23 ,Shininess 0, color white, Angel 315, Intensity 50 , Elevation 30, click ok
26. Using your magic wand again click on the transparent part of  your image.
27. While the nose still has the marching ants around it go to Image Mirror and apply the same Outer Bevel settings you did in step 25.
28.Right click on your image to make the marching ants go away.
29.Now click on your Feet Layer.
30. Effects, Plugins, Eyecandy, Jiggle and apply these settings.......
Movement Type Brownian Motion, Bubble size 6.0, Warp Amount 5.0 ,Twist 90
31.Do same to the other body layers. Not the Eyes, Muzzel ,or Nose
32. Merdge all Layers Visable
33 Click on your Retouch tool, with these settings....
Shape Round, Size 1, Hardness 0, Opacity 100,
Step 25, Density 100, Push.
33. Go around your Fuzzy Bunny , pushing the outside hairs out just a little bit.
After you have all your hairs finished.....
34. Add a new layer call it Tie.
35.Click on your Preset Shape tool, and select the Triangel.
36. Make a small triangel under the head of the bunny. (Hint) if you pull  it
upwords you wount have to flip the triangel .
37. Flood fill the triangel with the color of your choice. And add the same Outer
bevel you did in step 25.
38.Add a new layer we'll call it Tiedown (since its the part that hangs down)
39. With your paint brush make a straight line from the bottom
corner of the triangle down his belly ( dont go into the arms)
40. Now angel the bottom of your line into a triangel, until you have the desired
width of the tie, then take your paint brush and make a line connecting
the bottom part of your tie to the top, on each side.
41. At the top of your tie make 3 dots ( connecting in a angel ) on the
right side of your tie, then the left, to make the tie look like its
going around the bunnys neck.
42. Add your text.
43. Merdge all Layers Flatten or Visable depending if you want to make
it transparent or not.
44. Save your work .
