For this tut your going to need Almathera Filter you can get it Here . Mura's Meister cloud 2.2 Filter Here . And a tube of your choice.
Open a New Image 300x300 White. Add a new Raster Layer and name it Clouds. Click on your Selection tool. Type Rectangle, Feather 0
Select the top Half of your white image . Apply your Mura's Meister Cloud Filter with thise settings. BG color is #C0C0FF
Selections Select None. Add your tube to the cloud part we just did. You may have to resize your tube if it's to large , We only want it to go just a little below the clouds. (if you want to add a name this is a good time to do it.)
Add a new Raster Layer and call this bottom. Click on your Selection tool this time select the bottom half of you image. (start from inside the bottom part of your clouds.)
Go to Layers Merge ,Merge Visable. Duplacat your image 3 times (leaving the ants marching). Go back to your 1st image.
Go to Effects, Plugins, Almathera , A Puddle and apply these settings... Reflection 148 , Displacement 129, Lighting Strength 45, Perspective 21, and Scale 30.
Click on your 2nd image and do the Puddle filter again this time chaning your Perspective to 22, Do the same to your 3rd image chaning it to 23.
Right click on all 3 of your images to remove the marching ants.
Copy your first image and paste it into Animation Shop. Copy your 2nd image and past it after your first, do the same with your 3rd image.
Now that you have your images in animation shop, click on Animation, Frame Properties, And change your Display time to 30. Click ok.
Save your work Your finished.
