Bonus:

Many of you have taken the SGS and have a pretty good idea what is and is not "ok" to use.  Because of this GILD thing and a question via email, I'd like to point a few things out here that people who manage groups should keep in mind:
  • Knowingly posting © no no's or violating an artist's TOU IS in violation of © law.
  • Leaving a member's post that you also know to be a no-no or not being used properly is also a violation.

As  managers, we have to "assume" that members are using graphics in the proper manner - UNLESS YOU KNOW OR ARE TOLD SPECIFICALLY OTHERWISE.  Technically speaking, this would have to come from the © holder (that's how MSN works) however, as responsible managers, once we KNOW a graphic is being used illegally, we must delete.

I don't mind at all if you see something you know shouldn't be used (or isn't being used properly) and you email me - but, I'll need a few specifics (ie.  Artist's name is a start, lol) before I can even begin to act upon it.  I don't even mind if you post it, as long as you do it politely, lol.

You have to show a purposeful intent to violate © law before any prosecution can take place.
