	Welcome to Black Widow's!  If you get lost along the way just follow the road sign's
	As one of the site's moderators you may see me comment on a lot of people's work. Please do not be alarmed. I like to facilitate conversation, give posts feedback that did not get any and pass on what little I know about reading and writing poetry. Along the way, you will meet many other poets who have a knowledge and talent far outstriping mine - especially those with years of experience. Do not be afraid. Most of them do not bite. In fact, most here can be quite supportive of other poets. It is what Black Widow's is all about - community.
	Sometime's you'll see this tag. Well, once every three months I get to make the "Manager's Pick of the Week" for the each week of a month and honor a poem I liked. As far as I know there is no other criteria. My goal is to select a poem that has not been noticed (i.e. few replies and no recommends), especially by a newer member or young poet who could use a boost. When I do not have this duty, about once a month I'll make a pick and post it here in the Nest. I will next do so in January.
	Sometimes you may see this tag. However, I do not use it as much anymore. I have been known to get on a soapbox or two. I never mean to offend anyone or show them up. I just like to express my opinion from time to time and I try never to get personal.
