This happens from time to time and if you try the following it should hopefully solve the problem.  Access the site in the way you usually do. Check the top right-hand corner of the home page and click on the white "Sign in" button, a log-in box will appear asking for your email address and your password.  You can also click the wee box that says "sign me in automatically" at this point, and every time you open up again it will sign you in without having to fill in the details again.  It may also be worth your while making BnBnB your "home" page. If you have already signed in and are still having problems try this: Click on "messages" in the grey/blue margin on the left hand side and open the "General" messages page.  Click on any topic and then the wee pink box on the top left hand corner, which says "reply" (any posting will do). Close the box.  Check the blue/grey left hand margin again and you should find that you now have a listing for "Member's Tools". We know not why this works  but it usually does (famous last words!).  If it doesn't  - just let me know and we'll see what else we can try.  Eh -  like "Help" Rossy!! Val
