The Goodsense Playground
By June Colbert Bowman-Sims.
This is a children's coloring book written in rhyme. Its story content was lifted from the book
Sun And Sense by Bowman-Sims.
This book is intended to help adults talk on the subject of stranger danger with the children.
Introduction:
Dusty, Nikita, Natasha, and Tray,
Go to the Goodsense Playground everyday.
Their mother warns them, "Do not talk to any stranger."
But...they talk to a man named Jim...who said he is the Park Ranger.
Jim watches them closely everyday.
He looks for them if they don't come to play.
He is their secret friend, this man Jim.
They never ever told anyone about him.
One day there were problems at play,
That caused the children to tell their parent's about their day.
Read on to share in the wisdom they found,
Due to a sequence of events at;
The Goodsense Playground.
