Sasuage Muffins

Take 3 pks of Corn muffin mix of choice

1/2 can corn drained

1 small can mushroom pieces

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb of sasuage of choice

Pre heat oven to 350*F

Brown sasuage and when half way done add the corn and the mushrooms and finish cooking. Drain and set aside.

Pre mix the muffin mix and then fold the Sasuage in. Spoon into a prepared muffin tin, bake approx 30 mins or until done. Allow to cool, butter and enjoy.
