To use

With your mouse, click just outside the stationery on the upper left corner, hold down the mouse botton and drag to the lower right corner.

When it's highlighted, hit "Ctrl C" to copy, then go to your New Message window,

Click in the message space, hit "Ctrl V" to paste.

Click in the middle of the background and begin typing your message or copying and pasting it!
