About the Brixton Classes
All of our classes are taught by members of the Western Buddhist Order. We welcome everyone of all racial and cultural backgrounds and heritages and offer these teachings in the hope that they will be of benefit to the world.
The Friends of the Western Buddhist Order exists to practise and communicate the Buddha's teachings to as many people as possible throughout the world.
In London, the FWBO have centres in Bethnal Green, Holloway, Croydon and Notting Hill. Short courses are also run in different venues in the London area.
Brixton classes function on the principle of generosity. We hope you benefit from the classes and will wish to acknowledge this through giving, but only if you are in a position to do so. If you are not able to support us in this way, please do not make this an obstacle to attending.
