The "Alfano" lap timing system is contained in a small dashboard, which is connected to a magnetic sensor. Each time the kart passes over the magnetic strip installed in the track, "ALFANO" gives the lap time. The system is protected by a European Patent (E.P. 0632350).

"Alfano" provides you instantly with lap times, lap-time differences and a wealth of data about the running condition of your engine. By giving you all the necessary information in on a LARGE DISPLAY, "ALFANO" helps you react fast and thus beat the competition.

"Alfano" also enables you to recall all data while in the pit and even to download it to your PC for deeper and more sophisticated analysis. For tracks not equipped with magnetic strips, "ALFANO" can also work thanks to an infrared receiver on the front panel and an infrared beacon beside the track. Each time the vehicle passes beside the beacon, "ALFANO" gives the lap time.
