Bought a new 125, when it was time for the bikes first service - supplier reccommended Woosters on the A64 in Leeds.

They messed up my front brakes, wound the back brake up full to compensate.

When I went to pick the bike up I tried the brakes before I set off - front brake totally useless, and you only had to spit on the rear brake lever for it to lock up the back wheel.  I set off and noticed a cable thrashing around near the front wheel.  After shitting meself I turned round and went back.  'Whats the problem?' the guy who worked on my bike asked.  I waggled the cable at him and said 'THIS!!!'.

'Oh right, hang on I'll get me screwdriver' he says and fixed the cable.  'I aint had a good day' he says.  Jesus, I thought, thats the last time I go there.

Bunch of cowboys.  Mucked up my first bike by fitting a derestricted exhaust when the original rotted through.  The engine of course seized  up, but nooooooooo it must be that i'm OUT OF PETROL, not that they're ****ing useless - it says it all that it was fitted while the 'mechanic' was drinking a pint, at 11am.  AVOID. Not one qualified BIKE mechanic there.

Startrights is 2 mins out of city centre towards crown point (144 Hunslet Road.Tel: 0113 245 3643 ) Great service cost me peanuts £70 all in evething bar the valves on a Honda XL, they fixed the puncture on my KMX charged me a tenner with the wheel on the bike and including new tube and block to stop the valve shreadding when off-roading. They will chat all day to you about any problems you have with your bike.  Never sell you something you dont need in fact they take time out to make sure they get it as cheap as possible, they even recommend other garages where they do things cheaper! God knows how they make a proffit - must be from people like me who would always go there first knowing that you wont get ripped off - fantasic bike garage run by enthusiasts. * * * * *
