Management will never share a members email nor will it be added to any user group.The management requires a valid email address for all members. Please provide us with your email address upon joining and once it has been confirmed as valid, your membership will be approved and we will keep it confidential if you so desire. This means a returned reply. The management will not give out your email address for any reason. If a member is found sharing our members list for any reason they will automatically be banned from the group. There will be no soliciting of any members. Please include a message in your application, otherwise it might be considered a spam. Blank applicataions will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Let the management know what interests you or how you found us. This is a G-rated site and safe for all ages. Please take care not to post anything that is not appropriate.Absolutly No Adult or X-Rated links, pictures or the use of any type, including vulgar language. No ethnic or racial remarks aimed at any memeber will be tolerated. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to these rules. Management will automatically delete all inappropriate posts. You will will lose your membership and your passport will be reported to MSN. If you post a mature link in aiding someone or as reference you must also provide a message to your post to inform the reader that it is a Mature site and not suitable for children. The Chronicles management does not want any confusion or affiliation with inappropriate sites or questionable sites. We are only concerned with the safety of our group. Adverts and spam are prohibited. If you would like to post a link to your site please get approval from one of the managers. We are not a promotional group and you will be directed to an approprite MSN site that does encourage promotions. Yet in keeping with our theme if you have an appropriate site let us know and we will be happy to add it to our friends on the net. Members of the Chronicles may leave your URL in a signature link on all your postings by typing out your website or community name and then use the insert link tool. We would appreciate that you post an occasional message on the board at least once a month so that we know you are still with us...just a simple Hi will do. We sincerely hope that this is not too much to ask from you all and it would be very much appreciated! The managers of the Chronicles are not concerned with quantity but quality. We are here to provide you with a means of interaction, a place to share your hobby and concerns as well as our hospitality. If in reviewing our members list we find we have had no interaction from a member in 6 months the memeber will be removed. Membership can be applied for again. Above all, we shall all have respect for each other's views and opinions. We can all agree to disagree at times in a polite manner. Anything of a negative nature should be taken care of off the board and settled by private emailing. There will be no Flaming, Bashing or fighting at all. This means rudely attacking in any way either public or private. There are no Exceptions. Your thread will be deleted and you will automatically be banned from the group. If as a member you feel you need to bring an issue to the attention of the managers please do so by emailing the staff. If you receive any type of threats or intimidation of any kind or from any source via the Chronicles please inform the staff this will mean an automatic ban with a filed report to MSN. The Chronicles managers only aim is to make this community a safe and friendly community abiding by all MSN rules. No copying of any of our materials with out the management approval. You may copy and print for your own use, but you may not use them as your own anywhere else. All articles found on this site are copyrighted materials and the property of the Chicken Chronicles.
