Links to these MS Word Documents are posted on the WebSite, on the CTO SeaDogs DataBase WebPage. The DataBase documents are only accessible to members. The DataBase contains: Rate/Name/Status/DuSta/PRD/RET or EAOS Date/DuSta at RET or EAOS/E-Mail Addr/Current Employer/Work City, State/Home City, State Zip/Spouse Name/CTO SeaDogs NickName.

The Active Duty CPO, Reservist CPO and Retired CPO Locator WebPages include CPO, CWO and LDO (previously rated as a CPO) listings.
The Auxillary Locator WebPages include E-6 and below listings, including LDO's never rated as a CPO.
Information posted on the Active Duty CPO Locator WebPages includes: Rate/Name/Current DuSta/Location/PRD/FLTRES. Information posted on the Reservist CPO Locator WebPages includes:
Rate/Name/Status/USNR DuSta/EAOS Date/Current Job/Employer/Location/Home City, State Zip/CTO SeaDogs NickName. Information posted on the Retired CPO Locator WebPages includes: Rate/Name/Current Job/Employer/Location/Home City, State Zip. Information posted on the Auxillary Locator WebPages includes:
Rate/Name/Status/RET or EAOS Date/Current Job/Employer/Location/Home City, State Zip/CTO SeaDogs NickName.
WebSite Member Roster WebPage. Upon joining the CTO SeaDogs WebSite, the following information is posted:

On the Active Duty CPO, Reservist CPO, Retired CPO and Auxillary Locator WebPages, instructions are posted for individuals to contact the WebSite Manager for an E-Mail Address, if they are trying to locate a CTO SeaDog. When requests are answered, reciprocal information is provided to the person they are asking about, with the requestor's info.
If you don't join the WebSite, then no entry which includes your E-Mail Address, will be posted on any of the CTO SeaDogs WebPages. If you return information requested by an invitation E-Mail, then your information will be entered in the CTO SeaDogs DataBase Document (Accessible by Member's Only); and on the Active Duty CPO, Reservist CPO, Retired CPO or Auxillary Locator WebPage, whichever is appropriate. (No E-Mail Addresses are listed on these WebPages).
Phone Numbers

No Phone numbers (of any type) are posted on the CTO SeaDogs WebPages or recorded in the CTO SeaDogs DataBase.
Street Addresses

Street addresses for CTO SeaDogs with a known E-Mail address are not recorded. Occasionally, a street address is listed in the CTO SeaDogs DataBase, if there is no E-Mail address available.
Spam and Soliciting

We do not sell or spam, and our guidelines so state. We do not allow commercial use of the WebSite. MessageBoard posts that attempt to advertise or solicit on our WebSite are deleted, along with the originators who posted them. Since you must join the WebSite before you can post a Message on the MessageBoard; that's usually enough to dissuade casual misuse. When approved by one of the WebSite Managers, company Recruiters may join and post Job Openings on the MessageBoard.
MessageBoard Posts are Moderated

MessageBoard posts on our General MessageBoard are moderated for content, and must be individually approved by one of the two WebSite Managers. Membership is not required in order to view/read the MessageBoard.
Anomymous Memberships
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
New Members are monitored daily and anonymous members are cancelled. New members that don't respond to a request for ID are cancelled. New Members who join without listing an E-Mail address are cancelled immediately. New Members who join, and list an E-Mail address; but no Rate/Name, are queried by E-Mail. If no response is received after 3 attempts (or 72 hours), that membership is cancelled.
Chronic misusers can and will be "banned", at the Manager's discretion. Banned NickNames are precluded by MSN from ever joining our WebSite again.
No Hidden Agenda(s)

The Internet and E-Mailings are used to locate CTO's, and invite them to join. Membership in this WebSite is required to gain access to the CTO SeaDogs DataBase and other documents archived on this WebSite. This WebSite is provided as a service to CTO's, who desire to locate friends, acquaintances and information tailored to CTO's. No hidden agenda(s).
