Sakura walked up to the battle line and threw all of the cards up at once and chanted her saying giving almost each card a job." Shield card protect everyone besides me and let nothing in or out besides mine and Clow Reed's magic." She went on. The sword card changed her wand and the fly card gave her the most beautiful elegant wings they had ever seen. Wearing the new outfit Madison made her wear she floated up into the air with the sprits not far behind. She approached Clow Serecha, the only person whom Clow reed could not defeat now; it was young Sakura's turn. She looked straight at Serecha as he came flying towards her she went towards him and became engaged in a deathly battle. She commanded her cards to attack his diminions. She struck at him leaving her side unguarded and was hit back to the ground face in the dirt. Li tightend his fists and yelled with fear in his voice" Get up Sakura!!" she closed her hands around the dirt and slowly stumbled up holding her side " Sleep card.. Put them to sleep" it did as she said, but Li's Magical powers protected him from it. She opened her wings and went charging again. With the sound of metal hitting against another, explosives and moans of pain. (Song "Hero" plays) Li couldn't stand it anymore how could he watch his one love be beaten by a sorcerer more powerful than them all combined. He watched her fall to the ground with Serecha right behind her. Li yelled loudly drawing their attention he gripped his fists tight and his power became greater and he came running through the shield with his sword steps before him closer to sakura he came power and hope growing stronger. But he stopped as he was lifted all his hope and fear gave him the courage to save her he to had wings he looked over at sakura with a long blood streak across her face. He came running towards them again and before Serecha knew it he went flying back into a tree. Li fell to his knees beside her hugging her "i can't let u do this alone". She could see in his eyes the love courage and hope that he had without a word to be spoken. He looked at her and helped her stand. They heard a loud scream grow as Serecha came hurling back Li stepped forward and fought for her. She watched them deep into battle but her eye caught something as she looked around everything around her was destroyed her friends were lying silent with his diminions lying beside them blood surrounding them all. She felt guilty, as it was her fault. Her trance of self-pity was interrupted by the sound of Li falling to the ground and Serecha laughing. "No! Li!" tears fell from her eyes as emotions flew by her and in one moment she was flying towards him sword in front. He held his out as they both penetrated each other her sword through his heart and his in her shoulder. As Sakura fell you could here Li's screams. As she slowly fell her wings disappeared and her wand released Kero and Yuai. He came running towards her his wings disappearing and all around the sprits turned back into cards and rained beside her. He held her close crying shaking her "Sakura! Sakura! Please wake up!" he saw the blood on his hands and said to himself that he was too late. She groaned opening her eyes slowly. He held her close kissing her and with her last breath she whispered" I knew going into this I wasn't going to survive, I...glad you were here.. Li " and her eyes closed her grip on his hand loosened as it fell to the ground he cried with deeply holding her. Deep inside he blamed himself for this and he cried tears of sorrow and pain. Madison hugged Kero both crying and Yuai felt a tear fall as they all stood there watching the two young lovers finally part.
