This Cardiopulmonary Support group is part of the infamous Chronic Disease and Disorder Community, which has a Network of Communities on specific Categories of Diseases/Disorders such as the one we have here.
It is a place where individuals can come to share their feelings, concerns and questions as well as share their stories with people who will understand their struggles. This support group understands the struggles that people with Cardio (Heart) and Lung (Pulmonary) Diseases are up against and know that individuals still have to continue to strive to live the best possible way they can despite the chronic illness they are faced with.
Please come and make this a home away from home. This support group is here to make life easier for those that are faced with chronic illness as well as for those that are searching for answers.
