(Periodical subtitled "Weekly magazine of Transition", whose founder director is Andrei Plesu, "Dilema" approaches in an essay-like manner – from a political, social or cultural point of view – topics related to the Romanian transition realities, each issue is built around a certain theme an it is co-ordinated, in turns, by one of the editorial staff members.)
