If you already belong to an MSN Site or have a Hotmail Email Account, you are ready to join.
Click Sign in with your .NET Passport. and follow the instructions.
If you do not already belong to an MSN Site and do not have a Hotmail Email Account:
Click Get a .NET Passport. and follow the instructions.
