Using This Site

  Have a look around the site - there is a lot to see. (You will need to join us to post or reply to messages. )

1. Click on Join Now to join up.
     
2. Click on Message Board on the left of the Main page.
     
3. Click on a message title to open the first posting and the replies.
    
4. Click on Message Board to go back to the beginning or Next discussion (Top of the messages). To get older messages, click on Message Board and click on Previous 50 above the list of messages.

If you are joining us, please - introduce yourself. We are sorry that you need the help and information available here but we are very happy to meet you.
New Members

  Talk to us by posting a message, using an email address from a profile, available by clicking on a name or joining us in the Chat room.

There are four ways of communicating through this board:

Posting - with no email address available.

Or  

Posting with email through your profile. 
People can click on your underlined name to get a personal email address.

Or  

Email through Profile. 
Click on an underlined name at the beginning of a message or on the list of messages to open the person's profile.

  If you do not wish to put up your email on your profile - we understand.

  We strongly advise you not to put your personal email address or phone number in a posting.

  Never post anyone else's phone number or email on the Board - they will not love you for it…

Contacts

  Both email us at Managers and we will exchange your addresses. Put Ann as title. This saves the other managers, Dawn, Millie, Bill  and the one at MSN from needing to check it.

We have also decided that requests for research subjects will be handled first through the Group Management although researchers will be expected to identify themselves and the project by email.

Ann, Norma and Bill are Managers. Bill or Norma will deal with anything if Ann is not available.
However they are  busier than Ann, so try Ann first.

We are always clearing out surplus addresses to make life easier if we run into problems. Please look at the members' list and email the Managers if you are listed twice. This is not always an easy process but don't blame us - we didn't design it.

  PLEASE remember that any message that you post on this board may be seen by non members.

  PLEASE email the Managers a.s.a.p. if you see any inappropriate posting or get any inappropriate email that seems to originate here. We will deal with it.

  If you want to try emailing a member,  you can practice on me. Happy to hear from you any time.

  If you want to "try out" posting a message on the Board, do! 
       Use Test as the title and as the message, so that I can erase it easily.
