Erin Louise Cooper
"If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane,
I'd walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again"

"Erin was known for her laughter and joy, so we have to find a way to laugh and to celebrate what a remarkable person she was. Erin Cooper was the most positive person I have ever met and probably will ever meet. I feel blessed to have had her in my life. Let's all celebrate the joy of Erin's life, she would have wanted us to do so, so it is our duty to do just that."
-Barb Malcolm
"God must have really wanted Erin because she was the most wonderful person in the world, she was so wonderful he had to have her for himself."
-Wendy Smith
"I have so many wonderful memories of Erin that it would be impossible to choose just one. Yet I know that her smile is the one thing that I will never, ever forget. She blessed us with her enthusiasm, knowledge, and love. And in return, we loved her." -Ashley McIntosh |
"Everyday, we think of you Erin. Not a day goes by we don't remember how great of a friend you were to us. We all love you, and miss you so much. You really taught us so much and touched our lives. Just remember every day your girls are thinking of you. You are such a special person and we cherish having known you."

It was always so apparent that Erin loved everything about Churchill Chimes and those around her. I can't imagine that she isn't sharing some of her horse knowledge and infectious smile with God and all who are in His rhelm.
