Big Doubles no Troubles

Just picked up the Raptor a few months ago and love it. It had been years since I have ridden and simply can't understand how I survived without an ATV in my garage!

So far it is Mammoth Bar near Auburn.

I love to race , I have raced Jet ski's motorcross and drag raced, But I love to race my quad best of all!! I have a 1988 LT250R set up for TT and flat track. Motor built by Trinity

racing and it haul's a** .

Lodi Cycle Bowl ( TT ) is by far the best race track in California. Hollister hills is a great place to practice and trail ride.

Our next trip: St.Anthony, Id At the end of june ( The week before the 4th )

Would like some comments on where to ride in Oregon.

Allways looking for other riders to hook up with and ride!

Would like to put together an over night trail ride and camp midway sometime this summer or spring.

When I go for day trips, I ride about 6 hours and between 35 and 50 miles a day.

Try to get out at least twice a month in any weather (snow is alot of fun).

I like to go to the mojave desert and run it wide open on open dirt trails.I like to take my two boys out with me so they can become good safe riders.I am always looking for riding buddies.

Mojave desert.or across the steet from my house is 100 miles of open desert.some people would die to live where I do!! after the doc's zapped me and gave me a second chance, among the changes was "more exercise." i hadn't ridden in years, tho i used to run around in the cali desert with some pretty famous names, back in the 70's. My best friend had quads, and i thot i'd give it a try...2 rides later the raptor comes home to stay, shiny new, complete with payment book...

NOW i work five daye a week so I can have ONE to ride with friends... cholesterol down, blood pressure down, drug intake down. all very good!

Haven't had a chance to ride with anyone from this club yet but I would like to. Been riding with the NorCal atv riders club for about two years and really enjoy it. Hope to meet your members sometime.in the future.

This seems like a nice bunch of people, maybe I can share some riding areas around where I live in return for everyone else's info...

Favorite Public Place to ride right now is out of the clear lake area called Penny Pines...Its about 25 miles west of Stonyford riding area as the Crow flies...You can actually drive over the mountain range and come out to I-5 thru Stonyford from there...

I Have a racing team that I put togetter would really like to find more people that like to go riding & camping.

There is nothing like loading up the trailor and heading out to the desert and cutting loose and seeing where the road takes us.

I have loved ridding since I was a kid. When I was 18 I bought a Honda 350X (3 wheeler) and had a great time. Then I got married at 20

and the first thing to go was my 350X

. After that, life just got in the way. I divorced in 94. Now I'm 36 and I finally decided it was time to do what I've always wanted to do. So I bought a quad.

Still trying to figure that one out

Dad finally gave up his ride - the 250R - to me and got a new jeep instead. I've been waiting 18 years for it.. Now its mine - cracked fender and all. Thanks Dad.

Well I like riding my quad, I think I am a fast learner and love to hit some small jumps....I just need more time to go riding.

Competition dose not build character. It reveals it.

Ive not been on alot rides with my atv but every ride makes it easyer and fun.

The place I ride the most is Kal Mountain it's 2hours North of me the trails change after every rain and there are many trails. I alsolike Stonyford but that is a trip that is good for a week long stay for me.

I NEED TO RIDE! I don't get to ride as much as I would like to. I don't have anyone to go with. This is where ya'll come in. Contact me if you want to go and if I can get away....I am there! Day trips are good. We like to do the weekend camping thing if we have the time.

I haven't been to many places. So far Hollister is my favorite. I like the atv race track. I recall Carnagie being cool too but it's been a while since I've been there.

I really want to start riding the Oregon Dunes, Sand Mountain and Hungry Valley (Gorman)

My favorite place to ride is Hollister Hills but I frequently ride Prairie City, Mammoth Bar and Carnegie because of distance.....

like to ride wherever and whenever I can. Job makes it difficult to plan alot of trips in advance but always up for no notice rides. Although most weekends are spent with the wife and kid (7 yr. old boy) wife has a quad and son is trading his drz110 in for a quad.

Forest hill, hollister, and wherever there is dirt.
