Club Pokémon Community Rules
Joining Club Pokémon means you will follow by these rules. If you do not agree with these, you can unjoin this group by going to "My Member Profile" then whatever. This is your warning and there is no tolerance since Club Pokémon is meant for all ages, and everyone should feel safe. Some things will get you a warning, but some automatically will get you banned!
Read the rules below carefully. Club Pokémon has the right to change them at any time, so check back often:-
1. 
Never EVER put bad language. (swearing...etc...)
2. Never talk about illegal substances, inappropriate topics for any age, violent things, or anything that may threaten someone else.
3. ONLY promote your site on the Your Links section.
4. Never Email members on junk or site promotions. As well, don't type in ALL CAPITALS!
5. Never diss and be mean to other members/managers. Each person has their own opinion, and yours may be different.
6. Never use information, pictures, and other stuff on your own site. If you kindly ask the manager, he will probably let you depending on what it is. If you get caught, we will remove it off your site. Asking isn't that hard, is it?
7. 
Always obey rules on the 'Message Boards', 'Chatroom', 'Photo Album', 'Links', and other parts of the site, that have separate rules.
8. NEVER EVER Ask anyone for personal information (phone number, age, name, gender, etc.....)
9. 
Refrain from asking people to buy/ sell/ trade over our site. Club Pokémon is not responsible for any losses. We don't say you can't, but as described earlier, we are not responsible. Anyway, if you want a certain card, I'm sure some stores in your area sell individual cards.
10. 
Read the MSN Code of Conduct. Our community rules include those too!
11. Please Sign our Guestbook, as well as our Guestmap.
12. ALWAYS keep your MSN Nickname's "clean". We have the right to automatically ban someone whose Nickname is inappropriate for security and privacy reasons for the rest of the members.
12. Please put your Email Settings to "On the Web". If you ever see any Club Pokémon content or files on any other website, or MSN GROUP, contact us immediatly. We will take care of them.
13. 
When posting another site, the site or group must not violate any Club Pokemon rules, such as inappropriate topics, pictures.. or profane language. If you post a bad group or site, you will get banned.

So far, there has been over 100 members banned from Club Pokemon (mostly for bad language and inappropriate topics)
Remember, this is a site for everyone, of ALL ages, so we don't want to set a bad example for younger members... 
DON'T FORGET! FOLLOWING RULES ISN'T THAT HARD! STAY OUT OF TROUBLE AND EVERYONE WILL BE HAPPY!
