The Coalition of the Pictish people(CPP).Is a political,Historical,and Social organization.Established in the United States of America in 1997a.d.

                                                                              PREAMBLE                                                                                    We the People of Pictish origin or interest.Living throughout the world.Are committed to the principle of a Pictish Homeland.We are equally dedicated to the inalienable right of all ethnic Picts to return to Pictland.And hereby establish this coalition to work for a peaceful means to achieve these goals.

                            

                    What does the CPP stand for

I.The CPP id dedicated to the inalienable right of all Picts to have a homeland.

II.The CPP is dedicated to the right of all ethnic Picts to obtain Pictish citizenship irrespective of present day status.

III.The CPP is dedicated to the creation of a new Pictish Homeland.That promotes the Pictish principles of Law,Justice,and Equallity

IV.The CPP is dedicated to universal sufferage.That elects members to all local and governmental positions open to elections.

V.The CPP is dedicated to Free Speech,Press,Assembly,and Religion

VI.The CPP is dedicated to the principle of private property rights

VII.The CPP is dedicated to the principle of an independent Judicial system.The rule of law must prevail over anarchy.

VIII.The CPP is dedicated to the Free Market system.But will entertain other forms If they prove better.

VIIII.The CPP is committed to the universal repatriation of all Pictish Exiles,and Refugees to their homeland without discrimination.The CPP prides itself on being a Heterogeneous society.
