This community was set up as a dedication to the Meditation Teachers of the Forest Meditation (Kammathana) Tradition of Thailand. Our objective is to provide visitors with a full understanding of what the tradition is all about i.e.the history of the tradition, biographies of the founding teacher Phra Ajaan Mun Bhuridatta Maha Thera and his disciples, photos to show you who they are, their teachings in book and voice forms, centers at which you can get in touch with students of the tradition and some news about courses/activities at an affiliated center in Singapore, the Palelai Buddhist Temple. This site does not welcome anyone who intends to use it for purposes of selling or advertising anything of any nature. You join us for the purposes of learning or sharing about Buddhism and Buddhist meditation practice, nothing else.
