| Born in Wisconsin, raised in Massachusetts, now living in New Mexico. Mom and dad used to listen to the Opry on the radio in the late 40's. When I was growing up I started playing guitar and learning some of the songs by Hank and Jim Reeves. In the early 60's my interests in music turned to folk music and for awhile in high school I was in a group called the Windjammers. We performed at many of the other schools in Mass with the music exchange program. The Windjammers had a summer gigg at a resort on Lake Kezar, Lovell, Maine. That was the only paying job we had, with Vietnam building up, the group had to find our own way. After 26 years of finding my way with the U.S. Air Force, I retired to New Mexico and found my way to Platter Clatter in 1998. I joined the staff as a host and when MSN closed the sponsored communities, joined Country Jamboree. Favorite artists: George Jones, Charlie Daniels, Vince Gill, Vern Gosdin, Alan Jackson, Joni Harms, Daryle Singletary, Asleep At The Wheel, Patty Loveless, Rhonda Vincent, etc Other Music: Eagles, Savage Garden, Janis Joplin, Fleetwood Mac, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Santana, etc. Other Favorites: Visiting the Grand Old Opry, Margaritas, chat, eating blackened catfish in New Orleans, travel and of course, computers. | I am a born 'n bred Yankee, but don't hold that against me. My thanks go to the cable tv industry for introducing me to the finer things in life like NASCAR and country music. Further thanks go to the many wonderful friends I have made here over the past ten years. I still live in the same house I grew up in on the coast of Massachusetts. I am the mother of one son, and one cat (Belle). I love to work in my gardens with the boombox blaring, and quiet time is a good book. I also put up with working 40 hours a week while waiting to win the lottery. My best memories... when Country Jamboree members cared about each other and welcomed new friends. | Born and raised in Washington State, I grew up listening to Chopin, Bach, Mozart and Beethoven. Started piano lessons at the age of eight. By age fifteen I was playing piano for ballet classes which I continued to do throughout high school. But it was all classical music. It wasn’t until 1999 when I heard George Strait singing, "Write This Down" that I discovered a whole other kind of music that spoke to me. Some of my favorite artists now are George Strait, Alan Jackson, Don Williams, Brad Paisley, and quite recently Gary P. Nunn. Other than Washington, I have lived in Idaho, Utah, Michigan, Illinois and London, England where my fourth son was born. My boys range in ages from 11 to 23. | | Molly (Manager)

| Born, raised and still living in Southern Indiana, I have always been a country boy. My wife, Deeadra, and I have two children, Jamie and Scott. We have four wonderful grandchildren; Brooke, Matthew, Logan and Christian.
My first musical memories are of Country songs and entertainers such as Little Jimmy Dickens, Ernest Tubb, Roy Acuff, Minnie Pearl, Eddy Arnold and Bob Wills. I have always had a desire to perform. I taught myself to play guitar in the 60s while in my teens. I also taught myself to play banjo, fiddle, mandolin, dobro, steel guitar and many other instruments.
I fronted our family's gospel group "The Cook Gospel Singers" during the '60's and '70's. Having worked for a Country Music Promoter in the 70s and 80s I was fortunate enough to meet some of my favorite artists. This also fueled my interest in the history of Country Music, which continues today. | | | Interested in joining the staff?
