Would you be interested in a fun and enriching way to help make the Coven of the Four Winds more of your very own?  Apply to become a chat host!

Chat hosts will be responsible for scheduled chats in the group chatroom on virtually any topic pertaining to Wicca.  This is your opportunity to have an active role in the shaping and the growth of the group.  As a chat host, you will be gaining leadership and initiative experience, handling the responsability of a working coven (more or less), exploring your interests, and acting in service to your community and to the Lord and Lady.

Let me make a point of saying that chat hosts will not be chosen based on the quantity of Wiccan knowledge or experience anyone may have.  We are all students here in this great lesson, after all.

Chat hosts will need to schedule their chats at least two weeks in advance and use that time for preparation.  Please have a topic selected at the time of scheduling.  Chat hosts are responsible for getting word of their planned chat out to the coven.  Chats arranged as events of the Coven of the Four Winds must be announced on the coven site and to the entire group.  Finally, the only rule for Four Winds chats (at this point) is that attendance at a chat cannot be mandatory.

If you would like to pitch in and help the coven by becoming a chat host, please respond to me, Misxminkanto, at misxminkanto@hotmail.com.  Put Chat Host Application in the subject area of your e-mail.  Please include the name under which you participate in Four Winds and your preferred e-mail address.  Chat hosts will be selected based upon answers given to the following two questions:

1) Why would you like to become a chat host?
2) What do you have to offer as a chat host?

Your answers can be as brief or as long as you like, but please take the time to consider the questions carefully.
