Welcome! I hope you enjoy the pictures of my townhouse and like what you see enough to rent it. I have owned the townhouse for 14 years and have many repeat renters year after year. Vacation Rental Description 5 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse at Crawford Hills. The development is very spread out with lots of trees and privacy. Each unit has a private driveway, which will hold 3 cars. It's 1 mile from Attitash/Bear Peak, within 1 hours drive to Bretton Woods, Cannon, Black, Wildcat, Cranmore, & Sunday River. The townhouse is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, blender, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, gas grill, iron & ironing board, telephone, stereo, CD player, DVD player, & VCR. Many new updates in the past several years include wall to wall carpet in basement & main floor, paint in many rooms, 2 TVs, DVD Player, Fridge, Dishwasher, Kitchen/Bath floor, kitchen table, main floor living room sofa & loveseat, etc. The unit has 2 living rooms, each with a woodstove and color cable TV, which gives a private area for adults and children. Nicely furnished, plenty of room. It's well-suited for groups and multi-families. There is a large wraparound deck off the main floor which is perfect for that nice day to enjoy a barbeque and a blender drink. Both gas grill & blender provided! The townhouse is set up as follows: Main Floor - Combination living room/kitchen, bathroom, mudroom, 1 bedroom with a full-size softsided waterbed, large wraparound deck. Second Floor - 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom Basement - Large living room, 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, laundry room. The basement living room has a sectional and a couch, and the main floor living room has a sofa & loveseat. Amenties: Outdoor heated pool a short walk from the townhouse Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend, private driveway for parking. Attractions: Hiking, biking, downhill & cross country skiing, kyaking, canoing, swimming, shopping, snowmobiling, snowshoeing. Storyland, Mt. Washington Auto Road, Cog Railway, Santa's Village, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale, The Flume, and other White Mountain attractions are 10 minutes - 1 hour away. Rates: Rate varies depending on time of year and length of rental. Renting for weeks, weekends, etc. Holiday weekends must be rented for the 3 days. Other than that, I'm pretty flexible in terms of rental timeframes. Weekly rentals run from Sunday - Sunday. for availability calendar.
