What Makes A Good Group? The Owner Cause they are the ones who show their creativeness and caring through their updates and messages. Takes true dedication to do that everyday, and they are also the ones that usually holds the list together. Sharing Through sharing shows you care about others happiness and respect the rules. Caring Caring enough to take a few minutes out of your day to ask about someone's family, health or job can make all the difference in the world to a person. Who knows, you may have been the only person who cared enough to ask! Friendship Through making comments to others and reading their sends you make them feel like their send was worth taking the time to send. In turn, you get to know a little bit about each other's hearts. Laughter When you make someone smile, it's like giving a gift to their soul and sometimes you might just make their day. Surprises When you surprise someone with something that you know they love to get, you make that person feel so important and happy that someone thought about them. Saying "Thank you" Means a lot because you know you touched that person somehow and just makes for a good day for them. The Staff Leader(s) They help the owners!!! The group could not do without them! They help to run the group and do an excellent job of it! They are always there when someone needs help or has a question to be answered. Plus, they do their own "outstanding work" in the group too! They keep "everything together" in the group! We could not do without them! The Point? "All of the Members make the Group!  | |
