1. Name, complete Mailing Address and Email Address
2. Phone #s (please include cell, home and ofc)
3. Number of Guests (Adults, Kids, Pets-Breed & Size)
4. Check-In and Check-Out Dates Desired
5. Verify that Person Making Reservation is 25 yrs+ and will be present during entire stay
6. Credit Card Info - you can send this info later too.  Needed: Number, Exp Date, 3 or 4 digit Code.  Suggest you send this info in 2 separate emails for security purposes - send card # in one email, send exp date and code in another.  You may also call us with this info if you prefer.  

Emailed reservation requests are preferred (so I have dates and names etc that I can refer back to) or call if you need an immediate booking or other help.  

Once we've communicated and you've decided to book, you will receive an email receipt after your deposit is processed, which confirms your reservation.  Sorry, we cannot "hold" dates without a deposit.  Balance of funds are due 30 days prior to your check-in date (longer for major holidays).  At the time the balance is processed, you will receive another email receipt and we will send you an email confirmation package which includes detailed driving directions, key instructions etc.  Feel free to call if you have questions.
