A (Norfolk and Suffolk) Company at Norwich with Pltn at Lowestoft. Formed by redesignation of 'B' Company 6th Battalion The Royal Anglian Regiment.
B (Lincolnshire) Company at Lincoln with 4 Pltn at Grimsby. Formed by redesignation of 'A' Company 7th Battalion The Royal Anglian Regiment.
C (Leicestershire and Northamptonshire) Company at Leicester with Pltn at Northampton. Formed by amalgamation of 'HQ' Company and 'C' Company 7th Battalion The Royal Anglian Regiment.
D (Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire (Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Regiment)) Company at Mansfield with Pltn at Derby. Formed by amalgamation of 'A' Company and 'C' Company 3rd Battalion The Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Regiment.
E (Essex and Hertfordshire) Company at Chelmsford with Pltn at Hertford. Formed by amalgamation of 'C' Company 6th Battalion and 'B' Company 7th Battalion The Royal Anglian Regiment.
