apply These settings for backlight below
Settings for Color white add the flash go to select none merge visable paste into animation
if you want the other side of the camera to flash seperately repeat the steps circle the right camera and add backlight and merge visable copy and paste into animation after the frame you just pasted

You can adjust your range and change the opacity on the flash by going higher and lower on the opacity this make's the flash
go back to psp unmerge undo your last plugin backlight and add it again changing the range and opacity of it merge visable paste into animation after your last frame and repeat till your happy with a Flashy Camera!
to make your buttons look like there move go to selections freehand selection circle the button and go to effects distortion and pinch about 15 strength select none merge visable and paste into animation shop
you will see the button move on the camera you are using
View your animation your camera should be flashing
