For those who are having problems on the community, please try the following:

First sign out of the community!

A. Make sure you use our new address:

B. Get internet explorer version 5.5 or higher

C. Make sure java is enabled on your computer

D. If you have sign in problems, then do the following:

1. Remove all cookies

2. Remove all temporarily internet files

Removing cookies and temporarily internet files is always one you can try to solve problems.

E. Always sign in first before you try to post, reply, chat or use any other functions you need to be signed in for.

F. Finally, never refuse a cookie from MSN. For refused cookies , see

1. Click on Tools (on top taskbar of the internet explorer screen)

2. Choose Internet Options

3. Choose Privacy tab

4. On tab advanced you can choose to manage your cookies.

5. Remove cookies from MSN from the blocked list.
