*CATCH A POKEMON*
Here is how you catch your own pokemon.
1.) No number no update
For those of you that do not know what this means, I want the number of the pokemon you are trying to catch, its National number, not all pokemon have a number other wise.
2.) If you want to catch a Khanto pokemon, post your battle in the Khanto board (duh). If you want to catch a Johto pokemon post on the Johto board, and so and so forth (you get the picture).
3.) Write a post about how you caught your pokemon (finding it, battling it, etc.).
4.) If you want your pokemon to be a certain gender, specify it in your battle. Example: Sarah looked over and saw a male girafarig munching on some grass.
5.) You must type a certain number of words to catch your pokemon.
If you have bad luck it will take 20 more words to catch the pokemon for each level of bad luck.
6.) Rule, Remender whatever... You can only catch the base from of a pokemon not the evolved from. Pokemon that come from fossil you have to have it(ex. Helix Fossil, Dome Fossil, Old Amber). If you want it tell me and I'll find a way so you can get it. You may have to have some badges first though so yeah....

And when catching a pokemon from Shinnou it would be nice if you put the number of the pokemon in the post. Infact could you please do that with all the pokemon you catch it just makes it so much easyer for us mangers because we don't all know the numbers to all the pokemon.

I know what you are thinking 'What!? You have to say something for MasterBall' or something like that. Well the two words you have to say are the name of the pokemon and that you are using your MasterBall. Example: Ponyta masterball
CATCHING LEGENDARIES AND SHINIES
You cannot catch legendary pokemon or shiny pokemon.
We give out legendary pokemon time to time for various things. More on this later.
As for shinies, at this time the only way to get one is through the Pokemon Battle Contest.
*some balls only work on certain types of pokemon, or do certain things. Check the PokeMart to find out.
