Most good MSN groups have rules and etiquette. Without some rules a good group would soon deteriorate and fall apart. The internet is not always a sane or safe place to be. The safety of our members will always come first at this group. If we have to ban someone for the good of this group then we will do that. Sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel the membership or even ban a member who has breached group ettiquette, especially when it is done without remorse. We will send a email to the member in question, explaining why we have banned them. If we receive a satisfactory answer back from that member they will be allowed back into the group. It is up to individual members to familiarize themselves with the rules of the groups that they belong to. Those who do not wish to abide by this groups rules have the option to cancell their own membership.

A judge will find nothing innocent in copyright infringement actions. If you are going to create a group then get internet savvy first. Creating a copycat group is not a form of flattery, it just shows stupidity and lack of creativity. Sneaking around behind the backs of people who trusted and respected you, and taking their ideas and graphics to start a copycat group, shows a total lack of acountability and integrity.
If you can not be trusted to be honest you will be banned from this group.
