the lights flikered as the command carrier balius came into orbit of the peacekeeper base. all abord the ship activity was alight,techs going on to duty, troopers on practise and drill. all would of seemed normal, except for the nagging feeling at the back of the captians mind. for several days an anomaly apeared near his command carrier, all readings of this anomaly had appered normal. but still he had a woeful feeling,what ever was out there was there 2 stay, and what it wanted worried the captian,more then anything he could ever think. as the balius took up a standard orbit, a strange feeling of home came over the captian of the balius. for him this was home for many cycles,working and improving the projected he was assigned to. even when it nearly killed him,he knew if he didnt complete the project who would?
as he stood looking though the port of the his quarters,thoughts of why he had been called here once again,what do they want me to do here? why am i being releaved of my command!. A surge of rage pulsed though his vains,and then as quickly as it came,it left, and all that was left was disapontmant. "captian to the bridge!" rang out clear over the comm's, arns must of pasted since he enterd his quarters," on my way, captian out!"
as he stood in the command, a signal from the screen came from the planet. "captian, you have been brought here do to peacekeepr securaty!, at 13 hundred arns you will be shown your new command post, this is the final part of assigment,that you had when you last was here captian, the project you started is now fully fledged,the hybrid ship wishs for you to be his captian and join him and his crew. cargo and crew transfer will begin also at 13 hundred arns,out"
as the last of the cargo and crew was boarded,a sense of pride entered the captian,this was truly his ship!he was the one responsable for this mighty ship.
as he entered command,the lights responded as to welcome him aboard, " what is the ships offensive and defensive capability ?" as he asked a hohlgraphic picture appeared in front of him displaying all of the ships weapons,impressive, power up engines!" as the engines begain to power up a strange signal appeared on the screen,"incoming fire!, in coming fire! the frelling suns blown!" as the swirling mass of heat raced towards the ship, fear and wonder enterd his mind,how did?, "STARBURST! NOW!" as the ship begain to starburst the surface of the planetbecame incinerated by the heat of the star.
Suddenly starburst was activated, a swirl of energy and then darkness. It must of been arns the ship drifted in space, but where?? dead crew scattered the command, broken consoles and injured crew members, and no response from the hybrid ship. As he scanned the command, sharp pains etched though his body, blood running freely from gashs and cuts," This is the captian speaking, all personel on full alert! we are in enemy space!."
